Drew, the installer showed up on time on the agreed day and went right to work. Jeff even dropped by on the first day to make sure things were going well. Drew did a excellent job on the install with great attention to detail. Jeff followed up a few days later with a call to confirm we were happy with the results. I plan on using them again when we tile one of our bathrooms. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
