  Payless foods and Ace Hardware are the anchor stores for this Plaza. Food selection at Payless is the best on the South Island, and the hardware store is well stocked. The only exception, in my mind is the Rite-Aid pharmacy. Late last year, they refused to fill a prescription for me because they felt it was too expensive and that I would not come to pick it up (my co-pay was zero). I understand the management has changed, so the service may be better now.
