  Our installer was great and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I didn't have my coupon with me but I believe I was supposed to receive a $100 gift card, no biggie. I upgraded to the better 'break a window' protection but believe it was way over priced. I like the yard sign and we put the stickers on all our windows and doors.

  This service is wonderful. The technician was great. He explained everything that he was going to do and the options that were available to me that would serve me better to give us more security. Best of all you don't have that giant cabinet that you have to hide in the closet anymore. It's all contained in the keypad now. Way to go ADT.

  Our installation tech was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the system thoroughly and gave us many options. Since my husband has Parkinson's, our tech was able to modify the exit timing to allow my husband to exit the house feeling rushed. We especially like the ability to contact fire and medical care in an emergency, not just break ins.
